Terms of purchase

  1. Confirmation

Upon your order you approve these purchasing conditions and you enter into a binding agreement. When your order is registered you will automatically receive a confirmation email that includes information about your purchase. 

  1. Age restrictions / limit

There is an age limit at 18 years when placing orders at Maja På Näset AB. 

  1. Prices

All prices are stated including VAT / sales tax. 

  1. Payment 

As a customer you can pay your order by card payment, Swish or invoice. All fees are including VAT / sales tax. No further taxes or charges will be charged. 

  1. Shipment and delivery

The stated prices are including freight. 

Normally the shipping arrives within 10 days from order date ( within Sweden). Delivery outside of Sweden, but within Europe, is normally 20 days from order date and delivery outside of Europe is normally 40 days from order date. Bigger shipments will be delivered to a nearby service point. 

Maja På Näset AB reserves the right to cancel the delivery in cases where the stock balance has been inaccurate at the time of the customer’s purchase. If Maja På Näset AB can’t deliver according to the order confirmation, the customer will be contacted and offered to delete the order within 2 weeks.

Purchased postal items that are not picked up or received at direct delivery, will be charged 200 SEK including VAT / sales taxes to cover transport and administration costs.

  1. Returns

As a customer you have the right to exchange or return your purchase within 14 days from receiving the item. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

The right to return items are not including:

  • Courses and trainings that have been fulfilled, initiated or partly delivered.
  • Items that are crafted / made according to requirements that have a personal or unique character.
  • Digital content, for example downloaded files, illustrations, or films.

  1. Complaints

If the ordered item is damaged or defect in some way, or if you have not received the correct item, please contact us to make us correct our mistake. The replacement delivery will of course be free for you. 

Concerning the color reproduction in the images, we try our best to expose them as accurately as possible. Even so, the colors may vary, especially between different screens and settings. The images cannot be guaranteed to reproduce their exact appearance and nature. This means that perceived deviations in color and tone are not grounds for complaint. 

  1. Dispute

In case of a dispute between the parties, it will be resolved primarily through negotiations between the parties. Secondarily, it will be resolved through a procedure in a general court.
